What comes with the box ?
These heaters are designed to use in tents, Caravans, cars, trucks, ect. Here’s what came in the Box along with the heater, a heater duct pipe, an exhaust pipe, an air vent, a silencer, an intake pipe an air filter and various clamps and bolts and clips to help put it all together we also received a remote control and of course the manual .
How to Install vevor diesel heater step by step.
Putting it together is pretty easy; you just attach the intake pipe to the bottom of the heater. Then you attach the exhaust pipe to the bottom as well. Now this pipe does get really, really hot, so it does need to be bent in a way to prevent it from touching whatever surface you might put this on.

And then you attach the muffler; this will help reduce the noise of the heater. The air filter also needs to be attached, again pretty simple to do, so no issues here, it just goes on with the included clamp, and just make sure that you screw it up nice and tight.
The last step was to attach the heater duct pipe; this went on with one of the large clamps, and then the air vent is attached to the end. Now the pipe is not terribly long, so you may need to purchase a longer one; this will depend on where you’re going to be using the heater.”
What to consider when buying a diesel heater ?
Combustion Chamber: This is where the diesel fuel is burned to produce heat. The combustion process generates hot gases that are then used to heat the surrounding air.
Fuel Pump: Diesel heaters have a fuel pump that delivers the required amount of diesel fuel to the combustion chamber. The fuel is atomized and mixed with air before being ignited.
Ignition System: An ignition system is used to initiate the combustion process, usually through the use of a glow plug or similar mechanism.
Heat Exchanger: The heat exchanger is responsible for transferring the heat from the combustion gases to the air that will be circulated into the space to be heated.
Air Circulation System: Diesel heaters typically include a fan or blower that circulates the heated air throughout the space, ensuring even distribution of warmth.
Control Panel: The control panel allows users to set the desired temperature, control the fan speed, and monitor the operation of the heater. Some models may also include programmable features for scheduled heating.
